Are you looking for a specific call? Open the detailed report and search using built-in filters by CallerID, Agent, Queue, Call Duration, Unique ID, and date ranges.

PDF, CSV & Excel Export

Each grid has export icons to download the viewed information in PDF, CSV, and XLSX for Excel. PDF files are colorful for better understanding. CSV and Excel files let you perform any calculation you want.

Detail Drill-Down Grids

Results grouped in each report can be expanded with a single click to show the individual calls that make up the report, with extra information such as source and destination numbers.

Listen to Recordings

Access call recordings converted to MP3 format. Use the built-in HTML5 audio player to listen or download recordings from each detailed record.

User Access & Levels

Create, modify, or delete users. Assign different roles per user and define which extensions each user can audit. Fine-grained permissions let you limit access to specific reports or actions.

Calling Rates

Calculate call costs based on your own rate tables and number rules — define different rates per trunk and see how much is spent on calls by each user or group.
