License is perpetual. Once purchased you can run the software for as long as you want on the server it was licensed on. Support and upgrades are included for one year upon purchase. After that year, continuing support or upgrades will come at a cost. The lite version is free, released under the GPL3 license. Although reports are counted, it is very useful and functional and does not have any limits on the number of queues or agents. The Devel version has the same feature set than the PRO version, but includes full php source and the license allows you to run it in up to 5 servers within your organization. |
